FTA (Free Trade Agreement)

Today, I listened to presentation about KOR-US FTA. I could learn about these problems. FTA is free trade agreement. As we know, due to FTA, South Korean farmers and labor unionists staged a protest against the FTA. They said the Free Trade Agreement will eventually destroy our farming industry. But I agree about KOR-US FTA. There are some reasons. First, the reason is that the exports will be increased due to no tariffs. Our country is export-led country. If the export rise focused on industries such as textile, apparel, leather, footwear, automotive, electronics etc, we will inject new vitality to the economy. Second, the reason is that because of many foreign investment jobs are likely to rise. The last 5 years, the newly created about 520,000 jobs were made by foreign investment. With this in mind, the direct effects will indicate focused on high-value-added industries and areas of expertise such as information and communication, aviation and financial expertise. Third, the reason is that if income and employment increase, the positive affinity can be reduced. Through KOR-US FTA we can enhance the competitiveness about IT, automotive, business related services and knowledge-intensive services and income inequality can be improved by creating quality jobs. These reasons, I think it is important to us. In addition, I think the government has to prepare a number of ways to help alleviate polarization and redistribution of economic benefits. Also, the government should think about the areas that will be negatively hit such as the agricultural, service sectors and pharmaceutical company.

"The women only in the car" is a good idea.

Today, I listend to presentations. The second presentation is very interesting to me. I agree with the idea to need the women only in the car because there are many sexual crimes in the subway and subway station. In subway, there are several alternatives to prevent these crimes.
First, the police or guards must patrol. As you know, you may have seen on the news. Intentionally, criminals touch women's body and they take pictures of the underwear which women wear. To make money, they sell the photos on the internet. To prevent these crimes guards must patrol. However, In my experience, I often take a subway to go to school but in rushour, I have been misunderstood. On the other hand, I think most of women seem to be too sensitive.
Second, CCTV have to be installed. By monitoring, crimes can be reduced but it requires a lot of budget. So the company should install  real cctv and counterfeit cctv. The company can save time and money.
Third, the women always have to carry thing for self-defense such as gasgun, whistle and stun gun. Sexual criminals are surprised and embarrassed. I think it is best to defend their own body.
Forth, why don't you put on mirrors on the ceiling of subway or put on posters of sexual crimes on the wall? I think these are good ideas.

these solutions, sexual crimes are able to be reduced. In addtion, I think 'the women only in the car' will contribute to reduce sexual crimes.

If marihuana is legalized in Korean...

I listened to presentaition about marihuana.
It is very interesting to me because smoking the marihuana is  illegality in Korea. We can buy tabbaco easily and smoke it comfortably. I'm not smoking because it is bad for body. If marihuana is legalized in Korea, I will do opposite. There are some reasons.
First, the reason is that it contains lots of tar rather than tabacco. Sometimes, it can cause various diseases such as inflammation of the brain and pharynx and swelling of throat. Also, continual smoking can cause lung disease or chronic bronchitis, sinusitis and brain disorders. Women who smoke marihuana often experience problems with the menstrual cycle. If women have used marihuana during pregnancy, premature infants with symptoms similar to alcohol can be born and marihuana can weaken function of the male reproductive organs. THC can reduce the number of sperm and sperm activity can weaken.
Second, the reason is that marihuana can stunt sense of balance. For example, people who smoke it walk like a drunk and symptoms apper such as excessive appetite and  headache.
Third, the reason is that mental symptoms can appear. Auditory abilities become so sensitive and you can feel better. But in a few minutes you can get worse. In addition, it causes  unconscious smile.
Forth, the reason is that it can cause many crimes. If you continue to smoke marihuana, you can't make a normal life. So you can easily commit a crime.
For these resons, I wouldn't like it to be legalized and I think marihuana is worse than tabacco.

About Teenager Crime

These days, teenager crime is increasing. I think we should aggressively help them to reduce teenager crime. There are some methods.
First, teenager needs communications with their family, teachers and friends.
We should pay attention to them. The reason is that they are going through a special change called puberty. They will be extremely sensitive about many thing such as academic, style, etc. Through conversations, we should know what they want. So we have the responsibility to guide their students onto the right path.
Second, we should help them to have the time for hobby. The reason is that they will have the stress about academic. Most of them play computer games to reduce stress or to feel the joy. Also teenager can even see the obscene materials. Again and again, if they do so, they are likely to become addicted. These are serious problems. Avocation helps us to develop teenager’s ability. Also they can reduce stress through the hobby activity. So they will want to work hard to achieve the successes I've always dreamed about. I think it is important to have the past time.
Third, we have to give the strong punishment to teenager criminals. The reason is that they are still young and sometimes can't decide what's right or wrong.
I think they should have some guidelines. For example, they are to do role play in school or institution. Therefore, they will be able to realize their mistakes easily.

These reasons, I think we should have a lot of attention to them to reduce teenager crimes. It will be the best way.

Do you still want lots of the oil? But...

In fact, hybrid vehicles are more eco-friendly than normal car. And I am impressed about hybrid privileges. I won’t forget them. But I disagree to using the hybrid vehicle. There are many disadvantages.

The most reason is that high power system is very important part as vehicles. But the power system of hybrid vehicles is low than normal cars. Hybrid vehicles are operated by oil and electricity. Otherwise, normal cars can have the high power system as explosive output system of the engine obtained by oil. So when compared normal cars and hybrid vehicles, I will choice the normal car.

Second, hybrid vehicles are more expensive than normal cars because hybrid cars are made from advanced materials.  Also, these are very tense in terms of mechines.

Third, the hybrid vehicle is not perfect eco-friendly because hybrid vehicle still need the oil.

As you know, there are many eco-friendly vehicles such as electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and sola cell vehicles. Electric vehicles of them come into the spotlight because it is almost perfect eco-friendly. Also, they can obtain the power system on equal terms of the normal cars. As alternative energy source, in the near future, they will be very efficient and suitable.

Forth, I saw the hybrid bicycle. What is the difference from motorcycle? I can’t but the hybrid vehicle because I want to keep healthy through the normal bicycle.

These reasons, I think hybrid cars need to be improved.

Now and forever, the green revolution on the wheel will be continued.

About sexual marketing

I listened to your presentation.
I disagree with the idea to need sexual marketing. Sexual marketing have the problems.
First of all, the reason is that the teenagers can follow behaviors or images of talents.
For example, as we saw in presentation, student's uniforms is very short and small. And they will often go to the hair shop to be pretty. So teenagers can't save time and money. Also academic performance will be degraded.
Secondly, the reason is that sex crime can be increased.
Recently we can see the news of sex crimes and rapes. I think criminal's fault is the largest but the people that cause their crimes also have problems.
Third, the reason is that we can easily be tempted with their advertising.
For example, by using sexual marketing if somebody advertises products, we can be bought by only their images. Therefore we can't choose products carefully. So excessive sexual marketing should be avoided.
Forth, the reason is that teenagers would like to follow their hair style, make up and  face.
I want to talk about plastic surgery. if adults have plastic surgery, it has no problems. But It is very dangerous to growing teenagers. Because they is growing if they have plastic surgery, their face can be transformed erroneously. So we need to take care of teenagers to prevent injury of heart. Also the government must begin aggressively.

These reasons, I think excessive sexual marketing has very serious problems.
So, I disagree with the idea about sexual marketing.

Wow! Design Seoul

I listened to lecture. For me, Seoul is very beautiful. Do you know Olympic park?

It is located in Jamsil. When I was child 1988, 88Olympic was held in Seoul.

So There are many thing such as door of peace, Fencing Stadium, gyeongryunjang, lakes and the Athletes' Village Apartment etc in Olympic park. Also The place is crowed with a lot of people.

And near the Olympic park, there is Han river. Han river is always stocked with many people. Because we can see the beautiful river, skyscrapers, bridges and performances Etc.

Seoul is very comfortable and convenience.

We can go to famous attractions easily. Because transportation system is very good.

Especially, transfer system is big merit. Therefore we can go easily and cheaply.

But, we have to know how to make Design Seoul.

To develop Seoul, lots of money is used and wasted. For example, 4rivers project... There are many problems. I can't speak about this issue. But apparently, Its developments have to be proceeded by repecting citizen's opinions. Apparent and fair business is going to come to us as benefits.

Overally, I think Seoul should be developed effectively.

We as well as government and Seoul Metropolitan Government will have to be effort.

I want to announce Seoul.

Seoul City is very beautiful and wonderful place.
